This page exists so the site's legal links resolve to something real instead of a dead link. Sections below are marked wherever the actual content is still pending a decision outside engineering. Nothing on this page is a binding legal document until that notice is removed.
Most sections below depend on decisions that haven't been made yet — principally what KLEPON costs and how it's sold. Where a decision is still open, that's stated plainly rather than filled in.
The legal entity offering KLEPON, and whether the customer is you personally or your employer, haven't been finalized yet.
How and when you agree to these terms — and how KLEPON records that you did — hasn't been built yet.
Access to KLEPON's tools is granted directly by KLEPON and activated through a license tied to your account. There is currently no self-service way to purchase a license — every license in use today was issued individually.
KLEPON does not currently sell licenses commercially, so there's no pricing, billing term, or refund policy to state. This section will be written once a commercial model exists.
Whether a license is tied to one device at a time, and what that means for you if you work across multiple machines, hasn't been decided as an intended product behavior yet.
Deleting your account removes your license immediately, and this cannot be undone.
